There are million different diet plans and they all promise that you will lose weight in just 1 week. But none of them is even close to this diet, when it comes to losing weight. Realistically speaking, in our personal experience, we’ve lost 13 kg in just 15 days. But, we didn’t entirely follow the guidelines of this weight loss plan. If you work right and follow the simple instructions of this diet, you can lose up to 15 kg in just 2 weeks. You will be amazed by the results: the more weight you have – more weight you are going to lose. If you have more excess weight, this means that this diet will work better for you.

The best thing about this diet is that you won’t regain the lost kilograms very fast. And of course, the whole point of this diet is not to end it, and then eat 2 pizzas and 1 cake. The Diet Plan

Breakfast is the same every day:

1 orange, (or fruit similar to orange like: pear, peach, watermelon, melon… do not use banana) 2 pieces rusk, cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch Dinner
Monday 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 sour milk (or yogurt) 2 tomatoes or 2dcl of tomato puree, ½ kg green salad or cucumber, 2 pieces rusk
Tuesday 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 sour milk, 2 pieces of rusk 125gr minced beef, 1 tomato (or 1dcl tomato puree) 1 piece of rusk, 1 cup of tea or coffee
Wednesday 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 sour milk, 1 small green salad 125gr minced meat, 1 orange, 1 piece of rusk, 1 cup of coffee or tea
Thursday 125gr of fresh low fat cow cheese, (you can use mozzarella), 1 tomato, 1 piece of rusk 125gr minced meat, 2 tomatoes or 2dcl of tomato puree, 1 apple, 1 piece of rusk
Friday 200gr. Cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 piece of rusk 500gr. Cooked vegetables (carrot, green beans, potato…) 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato

DURING THE WEEKEND EAT NORMAL!

MAINTAINING THE WANTED WEIGHT:

When you get to the weight you want, try to maintain by eating every Monday according to this menu:

Breakfast: 1 lemonade without sugar (you can use artificial sweeteners)

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato (you can eat plus one apple)

Dinner: 1 piece of rusk, 1 tomato (you can eat plus 1 boiled egg)

Directions and rules:

  • Meat and cooked vegetables you can season with herbs
  • Do not drink alcohol
  • You can eat the ingredients hot or cold, the most important is to take them according to the written order.
  • After 5 days you will lose 2,5kg-5kg
  • After 5 days try to pause the diet for 2 days and eat in normal amounts. Repeat the diet after 2 days 3 times in a row. In total you will get 15 days.

Remember this because it’s extremely important – you mustn’t consume alcohol, and you need to eat your foods warm or cold.
