The group of researchers have followed 36 people, aged 18 to 35 years over three weeks.The participants in this study have to drink a glass of 140 ml of black currant juice, once a week, before they make a series of tests. They’ve found that this black currant juice had major positive effects on the cognitive abilities of the participants, in just one hour after absorption, and the analysis of the blood showed high concentrations of monoamine oxidases.
