- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard (preferably spicy-hot)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking soda
First, make sure you get a plastic, ceramic or wooden tablespoon. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together until you get nice and homogenous mixture. Then, pour the mixture in an empty ice cream jar or other plastic container. That’s it, your remedy is ready to use!
How to use it:
You need to apply some of this mixture on the affected area. And then, you need to put a plastic bag over and wrap it with a woolen cloth. You can use a scarf as well. And make sure you don’t tie it very tight. Leave the mixture on the area for 1 to 2 hours. You can practice this method before going to bed, because while you sleep, you won’t move your joints, so they can heal better and much faster. You can wash the area in the morning with cold water.
