About quarter of the American population is addicted to caffeine, and it has become a big and important part of the life of 64% Americans who drink at least one cup of coffee a day. Many people think that coffee is nothing to worry about, but can actually harm your health.

Like with any other food or drink, coffee needs to be consumed in moderation in order to be beneficial.
