Combine identical amount of sea salt and Epson salt. In this mix, add 2 cups of baking soda with some of your favourite essential oils. Add boiled water to the mix, stir it until well the ingredients get dissolved. Then, soak the foot with the mixture. Allow your feet to soak for half an hour. Make yourself a bath for your foot by adding two cups of hydrogen peroxide. Add dried ginger to the soak. Soak your feet in the mix for 30 minutes. You will get relieved from toxins, allergies and irritations.
3. Clay Detox
Make feet bath by adding hot water, half a cup of Epsom salt, half a cup of bentonite clay and several drops of your favourite essential oil. Mix the ingredients well, and soak your feet in the mixture. Let your feet stay soaked for about 20 minutes.
