Do You Often Wake Up Between 3 AM and 5 AM? Here Is What It Means
|Do you wake up at night at the same time and thinking about what’s going on with your body? – or maybe your body is trying to send you a message
Yes, there is anecdotal evidence stating that waking up at certain times during the night is actually a symptom of something spiritual. But according to the ancient Chinese Medicine Body Clock, energy runs through the different meridian of your body at different times of the day. These meridians are like channels that send energy to different organs to promote health and vitality.
However, when these channels are blocked, energy cannot pass through, causing stagnation or accumulation of energy. This can then disturb your sleep and wake you up.
Body, mind, and emotions in Chinese medicine are inseparable, which means that if you have a disharmony in your physical body, it is related to your emotional state.
Here are some examples.
If you wake up between 9 pm and 11 pm.
Well, this certainly happens if you want to go to bed very early. Most likely you will fall asleep sometime during this time, but then you can hardly close your eyes
If so, you must urgently do something with your stress. Because the emotional stress in your case has already begun to manifest on the muscles. Try meditation, otherwise, you are in a very difficult position.

Waking up at these hours may mean that you have too much function on your liver and therefore it is intensifying. Your body warns you to change your diet and reduce alcohol.
Also, waking up during this time is associated with negative emotions such as anger, guilt, which makes it difficult to relax.
If you wake up between 03:00 am and 05:00 am
This part of the day is associated with the lungs that contain oxygen so that the body prepares for another day. At this time the lungs are cleaned. Waking up between three and five at night may be a sign that your lungs are overloaded with polluted air or cigarettes, but also heavy food.
Also, waking up at that time is associated with a feeling of sadness and regret, when something negative has happened to you or you are depressed that you have not been able to fully accept
If you wake up between 5:00 and 7:00 in the morning
This time is associated with the colon, which is then cleaned and renewed. This process is very important for the whole body, and waking up during this time can mean that the body is dehydrated and lacking water.
When it comes to emotions, waking up at 5 am and 7 am is associated with intolerance, emptiness, and insecurity.

Well, a good piece of information but I do not agree with the given reasons. The reason is so simple I am not seeing any reliable references. From which the truth and reality can be inferred.
Is it possible for author to share the references?
Muhammad I guess the answer is No, but I have awoken between 5-7 very thirsty a few times.
I can not agree with the information provided as it contains no references and also what happens if people sleep at different time zones. I don’t think the body parts share those time tables. And also forgot to add external disturbances for body to trigger waking up during unwanted hours.
Yes, agree. Would like to see the research/references on this, please. It’s interesting information, but I do not want to share it w/ others until I have some data to back it up. Thanks!
You do not mention anywhere awakening due to the need to urinate. Surely this is not uncommon among a lot of people.
