The 3-Day Soup Cleanse: Eat as Much Soup as You Want And Fight Inflammation, Belly Fat And Disease

Our body needs a nice cleanse now and then in order to stay functioning properly. In order to detoxify their bodies, people turn to different methods – some use skin detox procedures, while others prefer liver detox methods. However, among the many cleansing techniques, there’s one that sticks out – cleaning your body with fruit juices can purify your body completely.

Fruit and vegetable juices can clean your body of toxins and replenish the levels of vitamins and minerals, while also providing you with energy that should last throughout the day. The antioxidant compounds in fruit and veggies can rejuvenate your skin and shed ages from your appearance, while also improving your digestion and the elimination of waste. However, there’s one negative side-effect – consuming fruits often means consuming far too much natural sugars that can disrupt your hormones, increase your blood pressure and lead to obesity. If you’re suffering from hormonal imbalance or anxiety, this may not be the ideal detox method for you.

Instead of fruit or veggie juice, we recommend you try one of the most powerful detox cleanses out there – the 3-day soup cleanse.

Benefits of a soup cleanse

Soups are definitely one of the most beneficial and cleanest meals, and work great as a detoxifier. With this method, you will detoxify your liver, kidneys, gut, lymphatic system, lungs and skin, which will result in better overall health. The soup cleanse will also improve the absorption of fatty and amino acids, while reinforcing your immune system and improving your digestion.

Soups are an excellent source of energy and are rich in fiber which is important for your digestion. Vegetables soups are especially great as they contain complex carbs. Soups can reduce inflammation in your body, improve your energy levels, rejuvenate your cells, clean your skin and even help you lose weight!

What you need to do

A fine soup cleanse can take 1-3 days. It has 3 phases – you start with 1 phase per day in the beginning, and do 3 phases per day a month later. You should eat 5-6 vegetable soups a day. Make sure to use spices and broths that will provide your body with nutrients and boost your energy levels. You can prepare a bigger amount of soup for a few days and you’ll always be ready.

You can try by preparing miso, bone or vegetable broths, and use lentils, beans and nuts in them. From veggies, it’s best to use zucchini, leeks, kale, broccoli, onions and carrots, while ginger, turmeric, garlic and cinnamon are spices allowed. Starchy vegetables are allowed as well, and you may also include some coconut, olive, avocado oil or ghee. Blend the chosen ingredients together and your broth is ready!
