Lemons and limes obviously belong to the same family of fruits and they both are citrus fruits. The Differences

Lemon has 53 milligrams and lime has only 29 milligrams for every 100 grams of lemon and lime respectively. Also, lemons have more potassium and folate than limes. But, limes contain more Vitamin A than lemons.

These two citrus fruits have Flavonoids that can prevent you from having cancer. They also contain limonoides that are known to be healthy and extremely useful when it comes to fighting carcinogens. So, this is why lemons and limes are considered to be extremely beneficial and useful in removing cells that may cause cancer. These two citrus fruits can also alkalize your entire body, so they are extra helpful in removing the toxic wastes from your body.
