Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM): Here’s How to Recognize Cancerous Meat!

Since the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that these foods can cause cancer, all people got scared and there was panic in every single house! In this article we are going to show you how to avoid the dangerous food that can cause cancer and to help you protect yourself and your family.

According to this study, medical experts have examined in which cases we shouldn’t use these products, such as: sausages, bacon, meat, pates or other processed foods.

So, in order for you to know what you should buy in the local store, you should remember and follow these helpful tips from the lead researcher of this study, who is also a former federal veterinary inspector:

“It’s extremely important for all of us to read the declaration papers on the products we usually buy. The first and the most important reason not to buy sausages, hot dogs or salami product is if you see the MSM sign on the declaration. This sign indicates that the meat used in these products is separated mechanically, and they grind it all together with the bones, which are loaded with all kinds of antibiotics, hormones, heavy metals and other poisons that the animals ate during their lifetime. It’s the same if you find emulsifier nitrites labeled on the packaging, and they have these markings: E249, E250, E251 and E252. These compounds are really dangerous and harmful, because when they are combined with the amino acids from the meat –they create carcinogenic nitrosamine compound.

You should put the sausages, hot dogs, salami and pate immediately back on the shelf if you notice that polyphosphates are marked on the declaration. They are usually marked with these markings – E451, E452 and E453. These are dangerous compounds because they are considered to be genotoxic, or simply said – they can damage our genes. You should be extra careful and try not to eat products, which contain the E407 sign. This is the marking they use to label carrageenan products. This compound “sticks” to the walls of the intestine, creating sores that can later turn into colon cancer.

The medical experts also said that if you read on the labeling that some of your favorite products contain flavor enhancer – glutamate, this usually means that there is no meat in that product.

The lead researcher also added: “Everything I’ve said refers to all durable and semi-durable meat products. IF you are buying meat, for example, if you are buying pork chops, you must pay attention does the meat have fatty veins or it doesn’t have. If it has, this means that these animals are not fed so badly. But, if there isn’t any sign of white fat on it, and there is some water over it, this means that these pigs, except food, received growth hormones and antibiotics. So, you should be very careful when you cook this meat, and make sure you don’t burn it. If you burn it while you fry this type of meat, the compound dioxin will appear. Dioxin is a well know carcinogenic compound. The best way to cook this type of meat is to bake it in the oven, wrapped in aluminum foil or you can use Teflon pan, oil, or just cook it on electric grill. If you really like the smell of smoke, you can also cook the meat on homemade charcoal grill.

You need to be sure that you put the meat on the grill when coal stopped smoking and when there is a strong zeal.

The medical experts also say that it’s highly important not to give this type of meat products to our kids, especially pates and sausages. And after all, you can make you own, homemade pates and sausages. The best thing about it is that we know what kind of meat and ingredients we put in them!

And now, you should be really careful when you buy bacon. You should open your eyes and pay attention on details. The doctor of veterinary medicine said: “you’ve all seen thick bacon and when you slice it in half you can see that some parts of it look like gelatin or a gel. You mustn’t eat that! This indicates that the manufacturers injected the so-called solution – brine, and they’ve probably injected 30% of its weight. This solution is a mixture of nitrite salt and water, with soy proteins, polyphosphate, carrageenan, Vitamin C and sugar. Well, the manufactures add these ingredients in all products: sausages, pates, salami or other “meat” products, and you need a magnifier in order to read them on the labeling. These products are bad for you! If these types of products are packaged accordingly, then the manufacturers should write what the brine actually contains, but no company is doing that.

As you can see, these products are really bad for you and your kids. You should stop eating them immediately! Thanks for reading and if you enjoyed this post, please share it with your friends and family.
