7 FRUITS THAT YOU SHOULD NEVER MIX.

Eating fruits and vegetables is important if you want to stay healthy, but according to several studies, eating more than two at the same time is not only unhealthy, it can also be fatal, especially in children. Here are the foods you should never mix:

  1. Banana and pudding

This combination is hard to digest and will slow your mind and stimulate toxin production, which can be fatal for infants.

  1. Oranges and carrots

Orange and carrot juice is a popular combination, but you should know that it may cause heartburn and excess bile reflux as well as damage to the kidneys. This can lead to several other problems and may even have a fatal outcome.

  1. Pineapple and milk

Due to the presence of bromelain, pineapple should never be mixed with milk. If consumed, this combination can cause nausea, stomach pain, headaches, diarrhea and infections, which is highly dangerous for babies.

  1. Papaya and lemon

This mix may cause anemia and problems with your hemoglobin levels, so make sure to avoid giving it to your children, no matter how healthy you think it is.

  1. Guava and banana

A mix of banana and guava can cause gasses and acidosis which will make you nauseous and give you headaches and stomach aches.

  1. Orange and milk

If you’re adding orange juice in your cereal, stop. Orange makes your stomach unable to process the starch from the cereal, and once it mixes with milk, it is very difficult to digest and will cause numerous problems.

  1. Vegetables and fruits

You should never consume vegetable and fruits together. Fruit rich in sugar may be difficult to digest. As they stay in your stomach for longer, they begin to ferment which releases more toxins and causes a host of symptoms such as headaches, stomach aches, diarrhea and infections.

Fruits can only be mixed with other fruits – here are some suggestions by groups:

Sweet – you can safely combine fruits that don’t contain acids such as plums, bananas, apples, watermelon and cantaloupe;

Acidic – these fruits are rich in citric acid and can be safely mixed. The most popular examples are grapefruit, lemon, orange, blueberries, kiwis and grapes;

Semi-acidic – these fruits contain low levels of acid. You can safely mix apples, mango, raspberry and strawberry;

Neutral – fruits with more protein, vitamins, salts and oils such as avocado, peanuts, almonds, walnuts and coconut.
