8 Things For Happy and Healthy Day

  1. Set the alarm with a good, positive song (for example, I feel good by James Brown, or Happy by Pharell Williams ) 

Starting a day with a song will surely make you smile in the morning which is a good first thing for a happy day.

  1. Drink a glass of warm water right after you wake up

It will hydrate your body and get things flowing. You will notice very positive changes like better digestion and clear skin. It is even better if you add lemon juice and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the water.

  1. Don’t touch your phone or laptop for at least an hour

If you choose to resist the temptation for checking your Facebook or email for at least an hour, you will find out that you’ll be more focused, with a clear mind and happier.

  1. Think of the things you are grateful for

This makes you positive during the whole day. You will feel better if you think of more than one thing.

Step outside or open a window and fill your lungs with fresh air.  If it’s cold, then 10 second are enough to feel alive and breathing.

  1. Move your body

Turn on your favorite song and dance like nobody is watching, or just do a few stretches. It’s enough to get the  blood flowing.

  1. Say your affirmations

Look into the mirror and say something positive like ”I feel great when I take care of myself”,   or “I’m healthy and great” or ”I’m confident and beautiful“.

  1. Don’t even think of going to bed with your phone or laptop

Do you sleep with your cell phone next to you and grab it the first thing when you wake up? This is not a good habit. First of all, when you go to bed, you should finish everything you do on your FB or email or anything like that. Get ready to sleep. That way you will have a good sleep and rest well for the day that’s coming.
